Whenever legal issues arise, it is important to meet with an attorney in order to insure you have a thorough understanding of those issues and whether or not your goals and expectations are realistic. Even if your case is straightforward, an initial consultation can clarify points you may not have considered and provide guidance in avoiding actions that may have a negative impact.

Although some attorneys charge for consultations, we offer this service free of charge. We personally review your case and advise you as to the best course of action. We always provide high quality consultations without time limitations. If you already have a lawyer, you can use this consultation to get a second opinion about your case. The consultation is confidential and nothing disclosed in the consultation will be revealed to anyone else without your permission.

During your initial consultation, we will discuss applicable issues of law and how they apply to the specific facts of your case. By the end of the consultation, you will understand the issues of your case and the costs of hiring our firm. Whether or not you already have an attorney, we believe you should not make any major decision without first obtaining a second opinion. Your case may involve issues that will impact you and your family. We not only understand this, but also truly care about our clients. Therefore, it is essential that you understand the challenges you face before attempting to resolve them.

Consultations can be in-person, by telephone, or by email
