Check Your Immigration Court Case Status
Enter your A-Number and country of citizenship to check the status of your immigration court case. This tool pulls directly from the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the federal system that tracks immigration court proceedings, and shows you your next hearing date, the immigration judge assigned to your case, and the court location where you need to appear. Gursoy Law Firm provides this lookup free of charge. It takes a few seconds and does not require an account.
How to use this tool?
Your A-Number is the nine digit number beginning with the letter A on the notice the court mailed you. Your country of citizenship has to match your court record exactly, or the system will not return a case. Not every immigration case appears in this system, and the information can change at any time, so always confirm important dates directly with the court.
