How do I find someone detained by ICE?

Use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System with the person’s A-number and country of birth, or full name and date of birth. We can locate detainees fast and get attorney visits.

Can ICE come into my home?

Not without a judicial warrant signed by a judge. Administrative warrants (Form I-200/I-205) do not authorize entry. You can refuse entry through the door — speak through it.

What if ICE stops me on the street?

You have the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney. You do not have to answer questions about your immigration status or sign anything.

Can my loved one get a bond?
