Which work visa is right for me?

It depends on your role, education, employer, and goals. Common options: H-1B (specialty occupation), O-1 (extraordinary ability), L-1 (intracompany transferee), TN (Canada/Mexico professionals), and E-2 (treaty investor).

When is the H-1B lottery?

USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year. Selections happen by late March/early April. Petitions are filed April–June for an October 1 start.

Do I qualify for an O-1?

The O-1 is for individuals with extraordinary ability in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. We’ve successfully petitioned tech founders, researchers, artists, and athletes.

Can my spouse work?

H-4 spouses can work if the H-1B holder has an approved I-140. O-3 spouses cannot work. L-2 spouses can work with employment authorization.

How do I get a green card through work?

How long does it take?
